✧ The very first step in your admission process is to complete the application form online and upload copies of all the relevant documents.

✧ Using the application portal, you can fill out, save, and review your application before submitting it for review by the admissions officer.

✧ Admission requirements vary depending upon the programmes and applicant types (freshmen applicant, applicants transferring from another institution, postgraduate applicant, mature student etc)

✧ The Admission Application Guide (PDF) will guide you through the online admissions application and help answer any clarification related to the online application process.

✧ After the Admission Officers approves your application, you reach the second stage of admission.

✧ At this stage, you are required to pay the registration fee and caution deposit to continue the admission process.

✧ Fees must be paid through one of the MEC payment methods and thereafter receipt must be uploaded.

✧ Applicants who received full scholarship from the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation(MoHERI) need not pay the registration fee and caution deposit.

✧ However, applicants who received partial scholarship from MoHERI are required to pay the registration fee and caution deposit.

✧ You reach the final stage of Admission after the admission fee is confirmed by the Accounts Office.

✧ Thereafter, the Registration Office will review and confirm all the admission requirements, documents uploaded, personal data entered and issue a Final Acceptance Letter.

✧ The admission process is completed at this stage and you can download the Final acceptance from the Admission Portal.
